Description	Description In partial fulfillment of section 377.703, Florida Statutes, the Public Service Commission shall create an annual report on electricity and natural gas and information on energy conservaton programs conducted and underway in the past year and include recommendations for energy efficiency and conservation programs for the state. This report provides a single comprehensive source of statistics on Florida's electric utility industry. The report will be submitted to the Governor and the Legislature by February 1 each year.
