Description	Description Pursuant to section 380.093(5)(a), Florida Statutes, the department is to submit a plan by December 1, 2024 and each December 1 thereafter which addresses the risks of flooding and sea level rise identified in the comprehensive statewide flood vulnerability and seal level rise assessment. The plan shall be submitted to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
