Description	Description Pursuant to section 409.913, Florida Statutes, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration along with the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Department of Legal Affairs shall submit a report to the Legislature documenting the effectiveness of the state's efforts to control Medicaid fraud and abuse and to recover Medicaid overpayments during the previous fiscal year. The report is submitted each year by January 15 to the Legislature.
