Description
Pursuant to sections 373.036(2)(e) and 373.036(7)(b)(1), Florida Statutes, the South Florida Water Management District develops a strategic plan including a list of critical wetlands to be acquired and a district water management plan by March 1 annually to be submitted to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
