Description
Pursuant to sections 186.801(2) and 377.703(2), Florida Statutes, the Florida Public Service Commission submits a report of the annual review of utility Ten-Year Site Plans which estimates the utility's power generating needs and the general locations of its proposed power plant sites over a 10-year planning horizon. The report is submitted to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
