Description	Description Pursuant to section 365.177(1), Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Management Services shall develop a plan by December 30, 2023 to upgrade all 911 public safety answering points within the state to allow the transfer of an emergency call from one local, multi jurisdictional, or regional E911 system to another by December 30, 2033.
