According to Section 409.913(35), Florida Statutes, the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability shall provide a report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on a biennial basis, beginning January 31, 2006, on the agency?s efforts to prevent, detect, and deter, as well as recover funds lost to, fraud and abuse in the Medicaid program.
