Section 409.913(35), Florida Statutes, directs the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) shall provide a report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on a biennial basis, beginning January 31, 2006, on the agency's efforts to prevent, detect, and deter, as well as recover funds lost to, fraud and abuse in the Medicaid program. This is OPPAGA's 11th report.
