Description
According to Sections (s.) 16.712(3) and 550.0251(1), Florida Statutes (F.S.), the Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) is statutorily required to create an annual report containing various information about the previous fiscal year's gaming activity that is made available to the public and distributed to key governmental entities. The commission shall make an annual report to the Governor showing its own actions, receipts derived under the provisions of this chapter, the practical effects of the application of this chapter, and any suggestions it may approve for the more effectual accomplishments. By December 1 of each year, the commission shall make an annual report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
