Description	Description The Florida Department of Commerce (FloridaCommerce) Annual Incentives Report is prepared pursuant to section 288.0065, Florida Statutes (F.S.). By December 30 of each year, the department shall provide the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives a detailed incentives report quantifying the economic benefits for all of the economic development incentive programs administered by the department and its public-private partnerships.
