Description
Pursuant to section 624.315, Florida Statutes, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation as early as reasonably possible shall annually prepare a report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives which includes the names of the authorized insurers transacting insurance in Florida and their financial statements, the names of insurers whose business was closed during the year, emerging trends, and details of all actions to enforce insurer compliance with this code, rules, and orders of the office.
