Description	Description Pursuant to section 110.131(4), Florida Statutes, each agency employing an individual in other personal services (OPS) employment shall submit a report by August 15 to the Executive Office of the Governor and to the chairs of the legislative appropriations committees containing the total number of individuals serving in OPS employment within an agency, the type of employment, the average pay, and the total number of hours worked for the previous fiscal year.
