Section 11.45(3)(b), Florida Statutes, provides the Auditor General may conduct audits of the IT programs, activities, functions, or systems of any governmental entity created or established by law. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.45(3)(b), Florida Statutes, directs this report be prepared to present the results of this IT operational audit. This operational audit of St. Johns County School District (District), conducted from October 2023 through March 2024, focused on selected information technology (IT) controls applicable to PowerSchool Unified AdministrationTM BusinessPlus system, the PowerSchool eSchoolPlus Student Information System, and the District's IT infrastructure, and included a follow-up on findings noted in the report No. 2020-053.
