Description
Pursuant to section 105, Chapter 2024-228, Laws of Florida, in order to implement appropriations for state agencies and the judicial branch in the 2024-2025 General Appropriations Act, each state agency and the judicial branch shall review all reports required of the agency or the judicial branch by statute, prepare a list of such reports that the agency would recommend to modify or repeal, and shall submit such a list to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Executive Office of the Governor no later than October 15, 2024. This section expires July 1, 2025.
