Description	Description Pursuant to section 20.058(3), Florida Statutes, each citizen support organization (CSO) is required to report information related to its organization, mission and finances to the appropriate agency annually by Aug. 1. The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is required to report by Aug. 15 of each year to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability, the information provided by each CSO, including a recommendation with supporting rationale to "continue," "terminate" or "modify" AHCA's association with each.
