Description	Description Pursuant to section 489.1131(2) and 489.5161(2) Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in conjunction with the Construction Industry Licensing Board, shall submit to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives an annual report titled "Construction and Electrical Contracting Veteran Applicant Statistics" by October 1. The report shall include the number of applicants identified as veterans, the number of veterans approved or denied, and the application processing times, as well as, recommendations on ways to improve the department's ability to meet the needs of veterans.
