Description
Pursuant to 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA 2023-239, Laws of Florida), the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall submit quarterly updates to its operational work plan and spending plan, quarterly independent verification and validation assessments, and quarterly independent verification and validation assessments, and quarterly project status reports to the Executive Office of the Governor's Office of Policy and Budget, the chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, and the chair of the House of Representatives Appropriations Committee. Each status report must include progress made to date for each project milestone, deliverable, and task order, planned and actual deliverable completion dates, planned and actual costs incurred, and any project issues and risks.
