Description	Description Pursuant to section 760.80(4), Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall submit a report to the Governor, the Legislature, and the Secretary of State annually by December 1 which discloses the number of appointments made during the preceding year from each minority group and the number of non-minority appointments made, as well as the number of physically disabled persons appointed to boards, commissions, councils, and committees in the previous calendar year.
