Description
Pursuant to section 944.151, Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Corrections shall report annually to the Governor and the Legislature the audit findings of all state and private correctional institutions and facilities including the physical plant, fencing and security alarms as well as a review of assaults on employees, sexual abuse, or use of force on inmates.
