Description	Description Pursuant to section 403.086(10)(f), Florida Statutes, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection shall submit a report beginning July 1, 2010 and by July 1 every 5 years thereafter, to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives summarizing the oceans outfall progress to date, the increased amount of reclaimed water provided and potable water offsets achieved, as well as all instances of substantial noncompliance.
