Description
Pursuant to section 500.81(3)(b)3., Florida Statutes, requires the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to report annually to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives on the projects funded, the geographic distribution of the projects, the costs of the program, and the outcomes, including the number and type of jobs created. The Department recommends the Legislature repeal Florida Statutes, Section 500.81, as it has been deemed unnecessary and unused now that the funding has been fully distributed and the projects have been completed.
