Section 500.81(4)(a), Florida Statutes, directs OPPAGA to review the Healthy Food Financing Initiative and data collected from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and after a term of seven years after program implementation report to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The report shall include, but not be limited to, health impacts of the initiative based on data collected by the state on diabetes, heart disease and other obesity related diseases, and other factors as determined by the department.
