Description	Description Pursuant to section 373.536(6)(a)4, Florida Statutes, each water management district is required to prepare a Five-Year Water Resource Development Work Program to describe the District's implementation strategy and funding plan for the water resource, water supply, and alternative water supply development components of each approved regional water supply plan (RWSP). Pursuant to section 373.036(7)(b)5, Florida Statutes, the work program report shall be incorporated into the consolidated annual report and submitted to the Governor, the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Legislature by March 1.
