Description	Description The Florida Department of Corrections (DOC) holds agreements with 2 Direct-Support Organizations (DSO), the Corrections Foundation and the Florida Foundation for Correctional Excellence. Pursuant to section 20.058(3), Florida Statutes, each DSO is required to report information related to its organization, mission and finances to DOC annually by Aug. 1. DOC is required to report by Aug. 15 of each year to the Governor, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability, the information provided by each CSO, including a recommendation with supporting rationale to "continue," "terminate" or "modify" DOC's association with each.
