Description	Description Pursuant to section 481.205(3)(f), Florida Statutes, the Board of Architecture and Interior Design within the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall submit an annual report by October 1 to the Executive Office of the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the chairs of the legislative appropriations committeesl. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the number of complaints received by type, the number of complaints acknowledged and investigated, fines and penalties imposed, as well as, a summary of any audits performed.
