Description
Pursuant to section 943.22(2)(i), Florida Statutes, each employing agency shall submit annual reports to the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission containing information relative to compensation of full-time officers employed by it. The Office of Agricultural Law Enforcement has provided a redacted copy of the Annual Salary Incentive Compensation Report. The information within this record has been redacted pursuant to: Section 119.071(4)(d)2.a., F.S. - exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of active or former sworn or civilian law enforcement personnel, or active or former civilian personnel employed by a law enforcement agency, including correctional and correctional probation officers; and, Section 119.071(5)(a)5., F.S., states that social security numbers held by an agency are confidential and exempt from public disclosure requirements.
